Ok so our food wasn't at its best tonight but usually the food is fine over all. Our family made a few complaints cause of the food but these workers who were here tonight were awesome! I appreciate the patience and willingness to meet every need with us. I appreciate the steady positive attitude and accommodations they made for us in result of our displeasure with the food. Thank you Apple bee workers that worked tonight. You did great and your team manager was awesome!

I had a lunch meeting with an old friend today and the service was amazing. I do not remember the server's name, but he was quite the gentleman. He catered to all our needs and checked in to ensure that we had everything we needed. My friend didn't really like her meal, hence the reason for my revised 4 star rating. But, I liked my meal and the service.

Went to Applebee’s today with my wife and two daughters. We ordered grilled cheese with fries for my 3 yr old. Appetizer the classic combo, my wife ordered the Mac and Cheese with honey pepper chicken. And I ordered the Bourbon chicken and shrimp. while ordering I notice that the waitress wasn’t writing our order down.about half an hour later the waitress came out with my daughter’s grilled cheese sandwich and our appetizer. And it’s been about an hour in half we haven’t received our food which was the bourbon chicken and shrimp and the Mac and cheese with honey pepper. My wife ask our waitress about it. She told us that the monitor in the kitchen where they type in the orders. It got accidentally been erased. So, we decided to talk to the manager I believe her name is Heather W...she was very understanding and kept apologizing to us. She did a write-off and took care of our bill. Besides giving this place a 3 star. We love how the manager took actions. If their was a rating for managers. We would have definitely gave her a 5 star..

It seems every time I come here my food is always okay, and my girlfriends food is terrible. Seating is quick, the host and servers are great. However whoever cooks around dinner time is terrible. At least the waitress was great and comped the meal, but this location needs better chefs. I got the chicken bourbon and shrimp and my food was fairly good. But I was missing the mushrooms that were supposed to come with it, and the food was fairly dry. I'm not that picky so I can eat anything. But I definitely don't feel I got a good value for my food.

If there was a 0 star I would have given it. Let's start with we asked for 2 soups and got one. Due to the time we ordered 3 appetizer, one was out. I can handle that, it happens. But you should get more silverware than a spoon for your soup to eat with. No folks or knifes. We were sharing the appetizers and were not given plates to put them on. We had to ask for the napkins and then waited for over 10 minutes for them. By the way when the soup was brought out and we pointed out that we should have 2 the waitress blamed me for not correcting her, as she repeated it back to me so fast and in such a high pitch voice I could not understand. On the nachos we asked for no jalapeno. She when she delivered them pointed out that there were no jalapenos on it. We could not eat it and brought it home to our private chef and he immediately pointed out there we a lot of finely cut jalapenos in it!
