Excellent selection and fair pricing. Service time was longer than expected, but customer service was very solid. As a note, two Canadian friends who were visiting noted that one of their bank cards did not work here, but otherwise worked fine in the States.

We walked in-a group of 12 and they were very good. Set things up for us and our waitress was super. Of course the food was very good.

I always WANT to like Bob Evans. Over the past 3 or so years, the quality of service has declined. Wait time for food is way too long, especially if there are children in the party. Just the other day I ordered a hamburger, and it was lukewarm and the bun was cold and kind of smashed. But my grandson's chicken fingers were piping hot. We waited at least 25 minutes after ordering for food for 4 to arrive at the table. Upon checkout the manager in charge did not ask me about my experience. In fact he barely looked me in the eye. It is unfortunate .. they have an inviting and tasty menu.

Love Bob Evans! I always get Chocolate Chip Pancakes and Home Fries. You seriously can not go wrong with Bob Evans. One of my go to breakfast places, and prices are great.

Once we finally got our food (40 minutes after placing order) the food was good. Service was terrible. Never did get the sauce for the chicken fingers or the side of Cole slaw. Will never go back.
