AMAZING customer service! I wish I had name(s) to give credit to, but when I called regarding confusion whether a pick-up order transaction had been processed, I was received with the most polite, efficient, and most generous service. I highly recommend to all who are looking for a high-quality take-out experience - this is the first restaurant review I've ever written!

I've visited several Rusty Bucket's and this location is my favorite.Yummy food, the staff is fantastic. You can tell they want to please their customers. They give larger portions and the bread-pudding is awesome. The food, here, is consistently "mouth-watering-ly" good, every time we visit.

1st time. Awesome clientele. Good vibe very busy. Our sweet, but lacking experience server who was not prepared to answer questions about portion sizes, drink options. I used the words "unaware" when cashing out with a bartender because our server was once again missing. Begrudgingly I had to talk to manager and repeat the same word unaware after I told bartender I did not want to talk to a manager... Intrusive. Respect my inclination. Now my comments on ar simple food order.... simple steak and cheese sandwich that was standard food... Andcut Sliders. -JOKE (See photo) = "SLIDERS" is a full burger patty cut into 4. pieces put on small size buns. Chain/ corporate service and food.

Me and my wife love The Rusty Bucket. The food is great! A lot of it made fresh in the kitchen. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are very familiar with their dishes and the bar. Great place, you cannot pick a bad meal from the menu.
