Fast service. Hot fries. Fresh, cold cold slaw. Freshly made Big Boy sandwich. Wife's Slim Jim was nice & hot, too. Didn't have to ask for beverage refills because our waitress was very attentive and provided great service!

The service was excellent. I did not purchase food only a beverage however other members of my party said the food was good. The only issue is that upon trying to check out and pay the bill, there's no desinated cashier and there is a wait for a cashier in order to check out. Otherwise everything else was fine. The bathrooms are clean and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The salad bar lacked variety.

Good God, Where do I begin?... My wife stopped and got take out from this Big Boy on her way home from running errands a couple of hours ago. This was without a doubt the worst meal I've been served by any restaurant anywhere.... ever. The 'Marinara Sauce' served with my spaghetti tasted as though it had been stewing in the warmer since the Obama administration. The 'Meatballs' could best be described as a blob of meatloaf wearing a meatball disguise. The 'cole slaw' was bland and tasteless. The BLT my wife ordered (supposedly made with 8 strips of bacon) had less than half the lettuce and tomato it should have been made with and about a tablespoon of crumbled bacon. If there was mayo on it, we couldnt find it. She ordered Fries with it, but after the waitress made a big show of 'checking' that the order was complete, has no idea what they tasted like, because they were not in the bag of 'food' handed to her. Now, I'm not down on Big Boy. I used to LOVE going to Big Boy. I've eaten at Big Boy probably a couple hundred times in my life and have NEVER been served food like this. It was nearly inedible. Sadly, Big Boy has lost another loyal customer. How many more can they afford to lose? What happened to Big Boy? I'll be calling the corporate office tomorrow morning seeking answers to these very questions. Steer clear of this location.

So today was a weird experience. I ordered some breakfast with over easy eggs. When I got my food the sausage links were pretty over done but that’s okay, the hash browns were done on the outside and the inside were really not at all, but that’s also okay. What bugged me were the eggs. They were cooked on the outside but when I cut in a BUNCH of egg white spilled out and most of the time that’s okay. I’ll eat a sort of runny egg. I get it. But this was not a little. It was raw inside. I folded the egg top over and revealed all the runny raw egg white inside. So I did the thing I have maybe done 3 times in my 30 years of life and told a waitress I’d rather have a better cooked egg. She was nice about. But what upset me the most is what happened next. I’m not sure if it was a manager or what but this lady comes over to me with my plate and confronts me saying, and I’m sure I’m paraphrasing a bit at this point but the gist is the same, “what’s wrong with your eggs?” “Uhh, the whites are very uncooked” “Yes, that’s over easy. The whites aren’t cooked all the way. You want the whites cooked you get over medium.” All the things I wanted to say at this point had been over taken by my hunger so I told her I just wanted some cooked eggs. Then I started doing research because maybe after 30 years I’ve been wrong this entire time. I could’ve sworn that over easy, over medium, and over hard dealt with the yolk only and the whites were always cooked. So I looked it up. Turned out I was right and this woman confronted me for no reason whatsoever. I’m guessing their grill was way too hot so it was cooking the outside of things too quick but not the inside. In the words of Gordon Ramsay... “IT’S F***ING RAW!!!!”

Waited forever to be seated on a slow day. Service was decent, but nothing to rave about. Food was the same. Typical Big Boy.
