We ordered from Penny Black to host a luncheon for a local doctors office. The staff was very accommodating after receiving news that the luncheon got cancelled due to severe weather that day. I ended up rescheduling the luncheon and Penny Black kept my order on the side so that it would be easy to revisit when the time came. The luncheon was very well received and the staff easily went back for seconds. Thank you!

Their 3 different flavored Sliders were delicious. Caesar dressing had a little too much lemon. Tortilla soup was excellent, thick, almost like consistency of chili.

Great food good selection of draft beers on tap. Parking is good for downtown Rochester. Cozy upbeat causal dinning.

Great food. Service lacks all attention to detail with a complete absence of urgency. Manager will ask if everything came out ok as he watches you pick out the 100 tomatoes from your salad you ordered without tomatoes... then leave without saying anything else as you look up with confusion.

I love the creativity of turning a beautiful historic post office building into a useful unique business. Lunch was extremely tasteful and pleasant experience. We will certainly return when in the Rochester area. Thanks Joe
