They have a great happy hour menu. Love the nachos. Usually get a very good martini there. It can be very loud after happy hour. Nice patio in the summer. Update: our food seemed like it was sitting in the back waiting to be ordered. I haven’t been here for a while and I was disappointed. Martinis are still good and nice staff and environment.

Brittany is the best bartender ever. She makes amazing drinks and holds great conversations. She remembers you even when you haven't been here in a while. Brittany is fun, energetic and friendly. Can't see why anyone would hate on this lady. She is the best.

I had a horrible experience at this location in Rochester! I went with my beautiful girlfriend and was given nothing but attitude by Brittany an African American woman! She was extremely unprofessional and dismissive to me! She yelled at staff and she also was speaking about how she got another colleague fired to a customer! I’m extremely upset with my visit to bar Louie of Rochester and will not return! Word of advice hire people with a good personality and someone who likes there job! My girlfriend ordered a drink and she even told her what a horrible drink it was. What a disappointment for such a huge establishment!!!

Nachos weren't as loaded as the other bar Louie makes them..they were kinda cold but the plate was super hot and the cheese wasnt melted all the way... I've been here before it was great. So it must just be a bad day. :/ otherwise the service was good and the staff very nice... Hopefully next time the food will be better and I can rewrite this review.
