I was on a work trip and stop for lunch because everyone was raving about this place I must admit I was a little disappointed. I thought it was going to be a bit tastier then it was. As you can see it wasn't about presentation on this day however I added a few condiments and it turned out okay. The wait staff was very slow she was trying to work at the bar and wait on tables at the same time bad choice during lunch hour. The restrooms and the restaurant was very clean it was adequate parking with wheelchair entrance accessibility. If I'm in the area again I would definitely give it a try and probably order something different I hear the salmon salad is off the chain maybe I'll try that.

Good service, our meals always arrive hot, looking & tasting great. There were a few unusual (new) items that I tried, because they were different and sounded wonderful, unfortunately just not to my tasting palette. However, every other time we've had wonderful experience with trying new(er) menu items.

Love the food I like the fact that they cook everything to order nothing sits around. And they try to get all of their things from growers in Michigan and their lot of their wines and beers are from Michigan I think that is phenomenal. And the fact that the only Twisted Rooster I like that also no branches no franchises

The Twisted Rooster in Belleville at 9729 Belleville Road is one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is hardworking and the food is great! They specialize in Michigan sourced food and drink and it’s always a pleasure to discover something new for the palate when we visit. There is plenty of parking and the approach to the restaurant is very easy to make, using proper driving caution, of course, whether travelling north or south on Belleville Road. The dining area and restrooms are kept neat and clean. The décor in the dining area is all about chickens and I get a kick (and a cluck) out of looking around when we go there to eat. My children enjoy the place because it has a variety of things for them to look at, comfortable and roomy seating and a tasty children’s menu. My favorite dishes here include the chicken plates but it’s all good. Their salads are fresh and have unique flavors.

Food was really good. I was impressed. I expected typical greasy bar food. Their menu had many delicious sounding entrees. I can't vouch for all of them, but my wife and I both really enjoyed our meals.
