Awful service. Cashier Julia was unprofessional and nasty. There is still a level of professionalism one should have even at a taco bell.. Did not have food on hand. Also I do not believe this location is conducting drug screenings on their employees... because 80% of the staff appear to be an addict of some kind... including Julia. This may explain the awful customer service... I will never visit this location and I will continue to spread the word of the poor service and the condition of their employees.

You know, like always, they never give enough sauce. So, I had to stop in front of the drive way. Get out of my car and run back inside to get more sauce..ALSO. WHY!? DO THEY ADVERTISE $1 TRIPLE MELT BURRITO AND THEN AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS....IT MAY BE A DIFFERENT PRICE. They notify you OF THAT.But NOT OK.

This place consistently messes up my order every time I go there. This particular time, however was extra frustrating because I placed an online order so that I wouldn't be late for work and even though the app said my order was complete just before I arrived, they waited until I got there to even start cooking it. Then, they messed up 2 of my items and forgot my drinks. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes just for the lady to come back so that I could ask for the drinks that I paid for which made me even later for work. Never before have I encountered a fast food restaurant, or even a full restaurant with such consistently bad service and careless management. Looks like I will have to drive an extra 15 minutes away to the fantastic Highland road location from now on. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Good food. No major complains. Cashier was kind of slow compared to people on the kitchen, considering that it was lunch time. Anyway, recommended for visit.

This Taco Bell is SO SLOW! If I hadn't been starving, I would have gone somewhere else! This is the second time I have had this experience and was hoping that it would be different tonight. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of me! Ridiculous! The other time, the woman at the window said it was because of the two guys in the back. "Because they are guys." Not sure what that means but someone needs to crack the whip there! Not sure I will ever go back.
