This establishment is an embarrassment of a fast food restaurant. I was sitting outside the drive through for 30 MINUTES for a 6 piece chicken nuggets and a small fries! Outrageous. They were out of almost everything! I wanted a hot fudge Sundae, but "the ice cream machine was down," that's a shocker! Does anyone there have any clue how to fix it? Do you need an ice cream mechanic on call 24/7?! They were also all out of apple pies, as well as barbecue sauce. On top of that, the fries were EXTREMELY salty and I could not even bring myself to eat them, after waiting 30 minutes. This was a terrible experience and I will SURELY not be returning here again!

Extremely understaffed and a disaster. Completely unorganized and nobody had any idea what is going on, coffee machine not working during breakfast hours. Drive thru is wrapped around the building to the entrance.

Its one of the weirdest places. Some times 20% time it is a very good. 80% service is vary bad. They constantly forget about the inside people when they are busy,

I gave it 2 stars because the fries were fresh. However cashier who seemed to possible manager, made my shake to sit out and it was watery! the cashier was so not friendly and dry to not only me but the workers asking questions of her. So sad, she's so lucky to have a job! It angers me how many people take for granted the ability to have access to resources.

This must be corporate owned and operated because there is no way that a private owner or franchisee would allow it to be ran so poorly in particularly late shift. I have been working on a job in the area for the last three weeks and this McDonald’s is open 24 hours. The service after midnight is so bad that I refuse to go back. The employees do not want to be here which is clear because they are always out of items or the grill is not working or the credit card machines are down. It’s a real shame because this is a great location and if this McDonald’s was operated properly it would triple or quadruple the profit based on my personal observation.
