I understand its super bowl Sunday but wow. Our dessert we ordered was forgot in our delivery. We called and were offered a free delivery for next time. We turned it down and asked for our dessert to be delivered and then we got hung up on right after being told "we'll get to it when we get to it".

First time ordering here since I moved to this area I work in the food industry and customer service is very important to me, I was greeted by a staff member over the phone they took my order and were very friendly and sounded like they were happy to work there. I was pleased by the service I had during the call waited about 40-45 min for my food to arrive which is not a problem because I understand when a business is busy it's going to be a while and I would rather it take long for my food be done right than have them rush and my food arrive bad. When my delivery arrived I was greeted by the delivery guy who was also very friendly and not rude at all. When I ate my pizza it was delicious I ordered a banana pepper and cheese extra sauce well done, a lot of places don't get my pizza right but these guys nailed it! we also ordered cheese bread and a Hawaiian pizza everything was delicious and I will be ordering again soon!

Rude staff and forgetful delivery people. They forgot a portion of my order on a delivery. When I called to discuss it they offered me a credit toward my next order, no thank you I'll take a refund or bring me the rest of my order. The girl said fine then hung up on me mid sentence. "I don't like people playing on my phone."

good food but past two times we have ordered delivery we have had an item we ordered forgotten and when telling the delivery person they just say i don't know and didn't do anything about it. very unfortunate because we enjoy the food but not having stuff forgotten each time!

We ordered 3 lunch burger specials and cheese sticks. The delivery took almost 2 hours, Everything was cold and they forgot our cheese sticks! We called to let them know, the manager called us a liar and said it was impossible for our food to be cold. He said he'd replace our meals. When we called to get our replacement order, the manager, once again, argued with us about replacing the order. He said he'd replace it, but wouldn't give us our cheese sticks and he wouldn't deliver it. We will NEVER order from here again! I recommend calling anywhere else, but do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague! Not so happy with Happy's! Terrible management and terrible service!!!!
