I hope my visit was just a really, REALLY off night... But having only been there once, I can say I would never go back. The service was ridiculously slow as it took us an hour to get our food (and it wasn't even that busy), and then it all came cold. Our waitress kept helping a table with young children, but when we asked for something as simple as silverware she didn't even apologize for not bringing it out. I would've been better off going through the McDonald's drive through and giving myself a stomach ache from all the grease. At least it would've been hot and in a timely fashion.

Don't come after midnight. Especially on a Saturday. The worst cooks in kitchen and the manager an old lady who favors drunk-obnoxious regulars over quiet guests. The waitress was good, never have a problem with the servers. It's always management and the drunken bar rush at these food chains. Literally the worst omelet I've ever had, i posted a picture. Looks like a sleeping bag.

I usually eat at perkins and we like to go there at least once or twice a month but tonight was one of the worst customer service I've had. The young girl who was our server; messed up my order, tried to charge me for the kids meals when it was "kids eat free" night, and my kids didn't get their treat (that usually comes with the meal). Walked away and instead of apologizing and correcting her mistake; She and her little friend went to approach a table with two young boys and starting giving them extra stuff and flirting with them. (I was sitting at the table across from those boys). Hire some real employees who know what they're doing! Teenagers are not a good fit for those job! Poor customer service; that's how you lose customers!!!! Straighten out your workers Perkins!!!!!!

Nice, calm environment. Always under staffed. Food not that good and the menu needs a few options added.

It was Christmas Day our waitress had worked an extra long shift and still had a smile for us. Limited menu as it was the holiday so I had to adjust what I wanted. (that the only reason it had 4 stars). Pleasant experience.
