NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!!! This is by far the worse place ever. I can say after this last experience we will not be ordering from them again. After messing up on an order Tuesday night they sent an email to me for a free large pizza to make up for the mistake. So last night after getting home late and starving we decided to give it a try and take advantage of the free pizza. Placed the order at 8:14 and was told it would be delivered at 9:25. All this time the tracker kept telling me that my order was being made. Finally at 9:40 I decided to try and contact the location with no answer not once but twice, and that is letting it ring for 3 minutes. Finally at 9:50 the driver pulled up with our order. We could totally tell that the pizza had been sitting for awhile - all the toppings were dried and hard. Absolutely disgusting. We each had one piece and threw the rest away.

If i could possibly give no stars, I would. I’ve given multiple chances, and I’ve been disappointed EVERY TIME. Whether it’s underdone, overdone, simply not what I freakin ordered, it’s always 10-15 minutes late. The flavor this time wasn’t even there. The only reason I post this as well as promise myself I won’t make the same mistake again is to warn anyone who may think it’ll be fine. It won’t be fine. You’ve been warned.

Three weeks ago ordered two large two topping pizzas from this establishment. I had my daughter pick up the order. she was given 2 medium pizzas and didn't realize it until she got home. On realizing our order was wrong we called the store and they were "very apologetic" offered to redo the order if we brought back the pizzas OR give us a store credit on the account. I chose to take the store credit. (Mistake 1). Fast forward to today I ordered a two topping pizza from them and went to pick it up myself. I brought in the receipt from the last transaction just incase.... According to the cashier there was no store credit applied to my account... Then a supervisor Felicia comes and starts telling me it was my Mistake!!!! I "messed up my order online and should have brought back the pizzas! "Why did you wait three weeks to come back?" accusing me of trying to "run game on them!" never again will I order from Pizza Hut. I hope the dominoes across the street has better service. too bad my daughter actually prefers Pizza Hut!!!!!

We typically never have any issues with ordering from this Pizza Hut, aside from little mix ups and mishaps here and there, but this time, things were different... we ordered our normal 2 medium pizza with wings and fries, but the pies were off... the dough was a bit more chewy on the hand toss pizza and it visually looked like there was an accident on the pizza - toppings were spread out everywhere and there wasn'teven a crust/edge; the pan pizza's dough was extra thick (thicker than normally) and super dry... on top of things, my wife and i both fell a little ill that night... we weren't sure if it was the pizza or not so i gave the leftovers another shot the next day and sure enough, i became ill again. We both love pizza hut snd have been very loyal however after this experience, we'll be giving their competitors another chance when next we're thinking about pizza...

Honestly I always order from here and it gets right on time or even before. But lately they have been delivering the orders late. Yesterday I waited 2 hrs for my order to arrive and today I order a pizza at exactly 3:55pm and it said it will arrive at 7:15pm and I’m still waiting. I called the store and it sounds busy. I even got redirected to customer service spoke with them and transferred me to the store and still phone sounds busy. I will never order from here again. My kids and nephews had been waiting anxiously and it’s 9:03pm and not here yet and honestly a call from them would of been wonderful.
