Quick service, personable and a nice ambiance. Maybe it was my fault, as every time I order potato pancakes, which is not often, I'm disappointed. Same thing again. Maybe it was the Dutch flair, but the cream used to hold the pancake together was not appetizing at all. Tried to mask the taste, but that didn't work. However, others in my group have ate here and liked the food.

Quick service. Never had a Pannekoeken pancake - I am so glad I came here. They are amazing, I tried the seasonal (fall, pumpkin) “pancake”. It was a pick-me-up food. Restaurant was very clean and staff is friendly (but not over chatty). I must come here again! Thanks for great food :)

Whenever we are in Rochester we visit Pannekoeken. Generally we go for breakfast but they serve lunch and dinner as well. Family oriented cozy and comfortable reasonably priced. Very light and fluffy waffles friendly staff. Give them a try worth a visit.

My wife and I ate here this morning. The building is going to be torn down in November 2018. The for was delicious. Service was decent. Portions are generous. I hate to say neither of us actually tried the pannekoeken! It looked very good as well. The skillets were great. Would eat here again but we'll have to see if we can find the new location!

My boyfriend and I love to go here. It can get a little busy on the weekends, especially Sunday mornings when churchgoers come out of church but service is still on point. So far have not had a bad experience. Food tastes pretty fresh and doesnt seem taken out of a freezer. The muffins are also delicious.
