Perkins is Perkins...one would expect good food and good service and the one in Northfield does exactly that. Food is always great compared to an average Perkins and the service is phenomenal! Especially Sandy! She rocks!!!

Best service and food at a Perkins! Jorge the manager super polite and Penny our waitress was awesome. Don’t know the cooks name but whomever it was they are very good at cooking and displaying of food! I highly recommend this location!

We were presented with sodas that were out of syrup, which took 15 minutes to even alert the server of the issue because she wouldn’t come to our table. It took nearly 30 minutes to order our meals and another 30 to get them, in which we were presented with burnt onion rings, burnt toast, transparent gravy, over-cooked eggs, and just generally poorly prepared food. The bacon was delicious. While we were thoroughly neglected, we happened to watch the many other servers standing around doing absolutely nothing, and not a single identifiable manager. As someone who spent many years working in the service industry, I was appalled at my family’s experience. We will not be returning, ever, and recommend everyone steer clear of this establishment.

Small amount on a big plate(for the price)...no cranberry sauce with Turkey dinner...had to ask for more gravy as it only came with a drizzle. Dinner salad was good and 'seasonal fruit was ok. Waitress was polite and attentive, that made it all ok.

The food and service were great! It is a great place to bring children.
