We stopped in for lunch today, a Friday, around 12:45. There were a few people in line in front of us. They took their order and when they got to us we were told it would only be a minute. It turned out to be over 5 minutes before they came back to take our order, no apology for the delay or thanks for waiting. After the order was taken we waited over 20 minutes to get served. Again, no apology for the delay or thanks for waiting. We observed others having to change their order to be packed to go because they couldn't wait any longer. It didn't appear to be a lunch rush as less than half of the seating was in use. They may have been understaffed, but they were very disorganized. While the food was very good, we won't be going back there if we see anyone waiting in line as they are just to slow to make the experience an enjoyable one.

Ordered for pick up, but accidentally got the wrong order. I called back and the manager was quick to appologize and offer a solution. Although the bacon cheese burgers and cheese curds weren't what we ordered, they were delicious! I am excited to go back and try other items!

Very good food, what you expect from the owners of Acqua. Have been there many times and always impressed with there foods. I love their cuban sandwich and there red pepper Gouda soup is wonderful. Only questionable thing i have every had there is their fish and chips, a little chewy for my like. Drinks are very good and descent price, only a handful of draft beers but a real nice variation of beers. Staff super friendly.

Stopped in at 1pm 4/21/18. Waited an hour, for one cheesesteak sandwich and one poutine burger.. place was only about 60-70% capacity. After 45+ minutes, we were brought the cheesesteak sandwich. Another 15 minutes past still no burger.. Had to go to counter to see what was going on. Once it was ready the older waitress basically threw it across the table and said there ya go.. My friend said thank you, and she said yup! No sorry for the wait, no we apologize, just yup. After waiting that long and the mix up on the food I was shocked how rude the waitress was. There were many upset customers, and a few people who were walking out. $12 for a sandwich and no fries, over priced. The sandwich was A, but the experience was an F. Won't be going back. There are better options in Forest Lake.
