This location has improved over the years. I stopped going here because I was hassled by the manager atg the time, had employees complain about what I wanted to order, had people drive past me in the drive through and order at the window (staff took their order!) and just had nothing but bad experiences. 4 years later and it was very different. The guy who took my order was very friendly, at the window he was even friendlier, my service was quick, and there was no issue. My only issue was that the fries were a little limp. I will try them again. If they keep up the good work, I'll 5 star them!

For years Wendy's has had quite the identity crisis but it's always been basically good slightly overpriced fast food but this particular location has gotten so bad I'm surprised anybody goes, but considering the lack of a crowd on Friday lunch hour it seems their sales should be showing it. If I'm going to drop 10 bucks for a fast food lunch there are plenty of other options in the area

It took them nearly 20 minutes to give me change for a $50 bill the total on my receipt was only $14. I don't figure why I had to wait to have a manager come and check out the situation. Maybe they should teach their employees how to handle large denomination bills. God forbid if I ever came there with a $100 bill. They would probably have to shut the doors for the evening.

This location is horrible. You use coupons and dont get the money off your order. The person taking your money doesnt understand English and my order is always wrong. I even asked if she applied my coupon and all she did was nod her head. She didnt give me a receipt. Came home to check my account and sure enough I was charged full price.

Customer service here has been mostly good, with a few exceptions where newer employees have needed to be trained in basic customer service practices such as smiling, even when you don't feel like it, greeting customers and thanking them. I don't expect restaurant level service, no one does, but if you provide at least the basic courtesies, this will make 90% of people happy, in my opinion anyways.
