It's cute and a very relaxed atmosphere. Service is friendly. Chai latte weak on spice. Maple latte pretty yummy. Crepes are average. Berry crepe with heavily sweetened frozen berries was a bit of a let down. Mushrooms in the savory crepe we had were well cooked and tasty. Good place to do a bit of work and enjoy a casual breakfast

For a small place, these guys get some great performances. Only reason why I have this rated at a 4 of 5 is that the menu specializing in crepes isn't really my thing and many of the music talent they get pack the place soo much you can't move. About the menu, there is only one item on it that I like. But I had to talk to them about it and they were able to make sure I would enjoy it... and they have a very well educated staff about their crepes. I would make it 4.5 stars if I could because the Beer and Wine they have is TOP NOTCH! If you visit, you just need to talk to them and they will find you something.

The Root Note was a great place. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that they don't accept credit cards. Thankfully there was an ATM. The banana & chocolate chip crepe was delicious. Trivia night was really fun.

This place combines the atmosphere of owners who care. Not only about the costumer but how it got there by sourcing locally. They hire like minded folks and it is always a welcome in experience. With a rustic industrial ultilisation that really provides a warm atmosphere. Not to mention the parralle parking show out front is always fun.
