I would give this place negative stars! don't understand why people are allowed to work here! Bad customer service, bad experience with the manager! Horrible Treatment, was ignored not greeted. I even called the district and HQ for this location no one responded back to me. It shows that Cafe Zupas has issues within corporation system, dont care about their customers and DO NOT Listen to any feedback. This place is a JOKE 0/10 Stars do not recommend this place VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO BOTH STAFF AND CUSTOMERS. Fire the Manager and FIRE this damn location. Disgusting food industry you should be ASHAMED of yourself for promoting discrimination and racism!

The store was clean and bright; n the staff was friendly, and the food looked fresh. Good mushroom soup (unless you want it creamy & heavy), good salads. Will definitely try the new one in Greenfield, WI when it opens.

Food is very good, although portion sizes seem smaller than they were 1st open. A small soup is $4.95 and the container wasn't even half full. Again I will say, food is very good. I can't think of anything we haven't liked. My favorite is the Maui Tropical Chicken salad. So good!!!

For an S/S/S place (soup/salad/sandwich) the food is very good, not cheap, but overall a pretty good value. The pick 2 is pretty good deal. I highly recomend this place.

Priced a little higher for the portions but the quality for food is there. I like the Cuban. They serve it up cafeteria line style but honestly the food quality is better than other local places like crave etc I hope they stay around for a long time. They are located in a strip mall with businesses that have been known to disappear on a Monday morning. I do have to chuckle with their no substitute policy on some items yet they wear pens on their sleeves never seen them use them. Oh and they are friendly too. Their customers are usually going to be easy on the eyes but someone who leans a little conservative I do feel like I’d be in the minority politically speaking. Bottom line keep up the good work and thanks for your business name reminding me of a pair of pants from the 90s
