Always timely and it's great to have an A&W around, always a stop when I'm passing through Paynesville. Has always been clean when I've been in there as well. Cheese curds also influence me positively. The breading on the chicken tenders reminds me of getting banquet chicken as a child... Keep up the quality!!!

place was clean. But that is only good thing I could say. As the food was the worst we have ever had at an A&W.

Went to this restaurant last Saturday and nearly walked out due to how rude the young lady was that was taking my order. The prices on the receipt did not match the prices on the menu and when I asked her why she stated that it is just like that. Not being satisfied with that reply I asked her to explain the difference to me since it was considerably more. She immediately became visibly frustrated and stormed back into the kitchen and told a coworker to wait on me, he of course was unable to offer an explanation as well. Unbeknownst to me, the manager was standing in line as a customer the entire time, and eventually made that fact known. She stated that she will talk to the first employee concerning her behavior. The item that surprised me was how comfortable the employees were about being rude and incompetent in front of their manager which leads me to believe that absolutely nothing will change at that store, which is why I will never return. In order to post I had to give at least one star, which is one more than they earned.
