Horrible service - Never Return to this Business

Horrible service, starting with extremely slow order processing to lack of completion of my order. After waiting for 45 minutes and no order, I finally stood at the counter, complained about the poor service, and personally supervised my order to be completed, did it finally get completed. Many frustrated customers besides me. I will never return to this location again.

Great place! Nice and clean, the employees were friendly, fast. There was this one guy in particular. I think i heard his name to be Jake? Jacob? I haven’t seen him there before so i assume he is new. He was very friendly and fast!

Ive lived in Prior Lake most of my life, and I’ve gone here a million times. This location really needs some TLC from corporate. They have always been slow, to the point that my husband had to eat half of my blizzard because it was melted before we even got our food. Really disappointed they arnt offering the $5 special all day anymore. Just really disappointing.

Jake Doll, an employee at Dairy Queen, gave me the wrong order, as well as cussing me out when I asked for my order. He also threw my shake in my face, when I asked for the correct one, and was thrown out after I told him he reeked of marijuana. Would not recommend.

Good food and service honestly should give jake doll a raise for his hard and dedicated work. He his kind to the employees and especially to the customers.

Usually get quick service and friendly employees. Great go-to for some frozen treats or chicken fingers! Last time I got a mint chocolate dilly bar instead of regular chocolate. So that was disappointing...still good though.
