Let's talk about Hardee's. I go here often on my trips back home. It never fails to disappoint even though I enjoy the food. Today I ordered a big hot ham and cheese meal with a medium curly fry and an unsweetened iced tea. I received the sandwich a small regular fry and an iced tea without any ice cubes. Yet again I failed to receive a single napkin. This is not a one-time occurrence it has happened numerous times though I am too polite to return to the drive-through and ask them to correct their mistakes. Perfection is not attainable but ice and napkins should not be special requests. Get your S together.

Would never recommend going to this place ever. Took over 10 min to get so called fast food. We were in restaurant first but everyone coming in after got food before us. Then 2 of our meals had hair in them. Disgusting!!! Plus had 4 guys working and could not figure out how to cook or prepare food.

Ordered a number 5. Asked if I wanted a combo. I said yes. Curly fries. I get to the window, and they hand me a bag without fries. I tell them I got curly fries. They give me regular fries. And after eating, the food isn't worth the stop. Dry burger, burnt bread.

This is probably the best fast food restaurant you could imagine. The service is always top notch. The restaurant is clean and the food fresh as can be.
