I want to start off by saying that my family and I used to come to this location all the time years ago and it was amazing; it is truly saddening that it has deteriorated to the experience I had today. First, my girlfriend and I waited 10 minutes for the kid making the pizza to make the two pizzas in front of us. Once it was our turn I understood why it took him so long to make the two pizzas. I have never seen somebody so obviously baked out of their mind making my food like that. Eyes glazed over and half open. He asked me and my girlfriend 3 times each what we wanted. Once we got to the cash register the same 17(?) year old kid asked us both for the fourth time what we ordered. I understand he could be new, but there should be a manager close by to make sure this doesn’t happen. It ended up taking 30 minutes to get our food from the time we started ordering. I never remember having to wait longer than 15 minutes, even if there was a line a few years back. I do give two stars for the pizza itself. It was pretty good but definitely not good enough to make up for that horrible service. I understand that your employees are gonna smoke pot, but once again, there should have been a manager on duty over the age of 21 that can make sure him being high doesn’t affect my experience. I won’t be coming back for a long time, and that makes me sad because I used to love this place.

I’ve never posted a google review until today, but the experience I just had picking up takeout was laughable. In a 15 min period I saw pizza fall on the floor, saw a customer get yelled at for inquiring about his pizza, no employee acknowledged the waiting customers, I walked out with the wrong size pizza (smaller than ordered) luckily it was good. So there is that.

Food quality is low. Place was dirty. Not sure why so many good reviews.

I absolutely love this place!! I don't even have to tell them who I am when I call. They always know who I am!! Probably cause I get the same thing everytime. But I love the staff as well as the pizza!! Yummo!!!

The pizza here is tasty, the food comes out quick, and it’s a pretty good value, especially when kids eat free on the weekends. However...this has to be the most consistently filthy restaurant in the Twin Cities. The kitchen always looks like it has an inch of food scraps on the floor. The tables get cleaned only rarely. The area around the garbage, Parmesan cheese shakers, napkins, etc. is always scattered with food. One day my family came in at 11 when they opened and the women’s restroom was still disgusting from the day (week?) before. And they clearly haven’t done a deep clean in ages. The table under the soda fountain - easily visible from several of the tables, is caked in...well, something. The edges of the tables and chairs, as well as the windowsills, are greasy and grimy. The corners of the floor collect dirt and dust. I’d blame the staff, but I’ve never - ever - seen anyone who looked older than 17 working here. Most teens don’t know how to deep clean. A manager needs to show them. This place could be really good if it weren’t so gross. I hope somebody cleans this place up.
