Service was terrible. Our waiter had a bad attitude and was very unfriendly. He brought the wrong sized portion for 2 out of 4 orders and was irritated when we asked for it to be corrected. We asked for a different waiter and the same waiter kept coming to our table. We later spoke to a manager and her response was that the waiter insisted on continuing to serve us, so they allowed him to continue serving us without saying anything to us. They ignored our request! The place was empty and we did not need to continue to be uncomfortable with the same waiter. They later offered to pay for our bill and we declined. They failed to see how their service failed the customer and solving this problem with money does not fix anything.

I was very appalled by the service and reception we received. First of all, the waiter was extremely rude and unapologetic about his services. I believe a restaurant does not only sell food but customer service as well. This restaurant lacked all those qualities. And I hope they do better for other customers in future. I still have hope in humankind and establishments such as this.

We stopped in to have a bite on our way to home Minneapolis from South Dakota. The waiter was not hospitable. When we put in our order he brought a petit Caesar salad when we had ordered a full size salad. We asked the manager to have the issue corrected. Our waiter came back to the table and had a really bad attitude and acted like he had no idea what was happening. We asked if we could change our waiter and nothing was done about that and the same waiter continued to serve us. Each customer deserves to be treated with respect, no matter color , race , gender or identity. I expected better and I am highly disappointed that an established restaurant like this can accomodate such behavior.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FOOD!!! The host greeted me with a pleasant smile right away. Drinks were amazing. Loved the bull bites. Our server was very attentive and on top of things. The atmosphere made me feel at home. Definitely coming back!!

This was a restaurant we knew in St. Paul so we stopped by on our way to St. Paul from South Dakota to have dinner. Our waiter was Eric. First of all, he brought us a petit ceasar salad instead of a full size salad and I know we all make mistakes but my problem is, how you correct your mistake. He communicated very rudely and was unapologetic about his mistake. We requested to change our waiter but he kept serving us and we had no idea why. No one bothered to ask why we wanted to switch waiters. I asked for the manager and asked why he was still serving us and she said he insisted on serving us because he didn't think there was anything wrong with his service. I told the manager well, that was for us to decide and even if that was the case, someone should have spoken to us about it. What the manager asked was that was there something wrong with the food? And offered to pay for our meal. I declined the offer. Paying for the food does not correct the problem, it's the principle. I made it clear to her that, service is what really differentiates you from other restaurants because I'm sure we can get ceasar salads anywhere. Again, I requested to get a new waiter. The manager brought us a $40 gift card and the note that came with it had no apology, just said we should enjoy a meal at one of their other locations. We declined this offer. The damage had already been done and money wont solve the problem.
