Quaint place near downtown. Greeted by a friendly employee receiving prompt service. Ordered two appetizers, spring rolls and pot stickers, both being good. I was apart of a party of 4. A soup was ordered and was better here than other restaurants that I’ve been to. I ordered a spicy basil fried rice dish. It wasn’t spicy and somewhat bland. It had crisp fresh veggies but lacked on flavor. The other 3 dishes looked good. One was described as bland. Another was “very good” and the last dish ordered was a more popular dish. This dish was ordered by a first timer. She was taken back by the flavor. She said it was horrible. The other two lovers of this food genre also sampled the dish to see if it was just her or a truly bad dish. The were also repulsed. We sent the dish away and did not order anything in its place. Once the dish was excused, the once friendly employee was rude and barely returned. I was initially charged for the dish but once I mentioned it was sent back, I was issued a refund, ungratefully and with hesitation. He, too, was rude from that moment remaining silent other than to mention the amount of refund of one dish.

Best Thai place in the U.S. The cook absolutely knows what she's doing. Get the yellow curry noodle with a Thai kick. You won't regret it!!! (It's not that hot)

The yellow curry is great! Just enough spice, and the portions are good. The Tom Kha Gai (coconut soup) is very good also!
