It can be hit or miss at Olive Garden in general. I've had mostly good experiences at this location though (St Charles Rock Road). Tonight was no exception. We didn't get there until about 40 minutes before close and I was worried about getting there so late. Sometimes service and food are questionable as people are nearing the end of the night. But not tonight. The server we had was friendly and didn't make us feel rushed at all. She was attentive but gave us space to just talk and enjoy our food. The food was exceptional as well.

Visited this place for a lunch with friends. The first thing we noticed upon entering the restaurant was the foul smell. We had to wait for few minutes to get our seats. After that everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was also good.

Great food. Great service. We had the best waitress Andriana was especially wonderful. The only that good have been better just cleaner restrooms (small thing). Other Than that great service and good food.

My experience at this Olive Garden was quite mediocre. We were sat pretty fast, less than 15 minutes on a busy Friday night because we made an online reservation which was nice. Our server was okay, in that he wasn't very attentive to our requests. He didn't put cheese on my soup like requested, which I didn't notice until he walked away ( he was behind me when doing this so it was hard to tell) . I asked for butter for the bread sticks which I had to ask for twice. The bread sticks were plain, with very little garlic and butter. Our appetizer was very greasy and hardly had any Alfredo sauce, could barely see it unless you squinted. My garlic Alfredo was quite good and the best part of the experience. I have to say the best Olive Garden that I have ever been to is the Chesterfield location, the food, service and experience is top notch and set them apart.
