Buffalo Wild Wings, according to corporate standards β€œis the ultimate place to get together with your friends, watch sports, drink beer, and eat wings.” The majority of chains around the U.S. have upheld these standards; unfortunately, the Buffalo Wild Wings chain located in Chesterfielrd, MO has shown on a multitude of accounts to be a complete and utter failure in sustaining the corporate mission. Not only have the majority of the waiters proven to display appalicous and horrendous behaviors toward their customers, but they also are known to be stereotypical and xenophobic; ironically, this only exposes deficient behaviors in their character, making them seem repulsive. The manger has also proven himself to not only support these sort of actions, but to also display very antagonistic behaviors himself. Alas, the manager is unable to manage and control his staff. This has partly to do with his substandard and second-rate communication skills, just as much as his inability to properly juggle customer complaints. Maybe he should try respectfully communicating with his customers and their complaints instead of calling the cops when nothing wrong has been done? Yes, yes this did happen!! In fact, I would be surprised if his inferior processing skills could handle this. Lastly, the amount of time required to make the food is unacceptable at this chain. My family and I waited a full hour to get our small meal prepared when we were the only family present at the moment. To say the very least, if you are looking to enjoy a nice ice cold beer coupled with a basket of hot wings and friends, this Buffalo Wild Wings location is definitely not the location to visit.

Terrible service. Low grade food. Surpised to have such bad experience at a Buffalo wild wings. The franchise should look to terminate this location..

Not busy so you get seated right away. Staff is very friendly. The resturant is very clean. Food comes out hot.

Worst experience ever! Rude staff, does not know how to behave and smile. Ruined the birthday bash of my friend!

Pretty decent wings. Not a sports person myself but seems good for that. Warning: the Blazin' sauce has no flavor it's just heat.
