Three times I've been there. The first time I liked the food, I ate pizza. I repeat again for the second time. But my last visit to a little rice with four chicken pieces for $ 17 is not serious. My profession is a cook. I make a difference from going to a gourmet restaurant, fast food restaurants and middle class restaurants.

Stopped in before a show and sat at the bar with some friends. Bartender was cordial and helpful. The place has a nice vibe. The pizza was TERRIFIC! Loved the thin crust. Loved the crumbled sausage on top. I would definitely recommend this place! I will definitely go back...soon...especially since the one up the street is not on my favorites list anymore.

From the outside very inviting. We had a reservation for a group of 20 due to the Admitted Students weekend at WASH U. Our size dropped down to 8. We told them to go ahead and take one of the four tables because we didn't need it. Our server, Chico, immediately says is this one of those split check circumstances. Second time right before we got our dinner he comes up and asks for the 3rd table. This makes a party of 8 on a cramped 2 tables. Limited spaces for our food. Our food was okay. Now the part that made me really dislike our service is when our server comes up and says, " I really hate to be one of those people but I have a party of 8 waiting and they have been waiting a really long time." Now I look at him and say is it a reservation? He confirms it is a reservation. Keep in mind we were about to leave in 5mins. We were just waiting for a girls friend to meet us. We didn't want to wait in the cold outside. We also had only been there for 1.5hrs. I look at him and say we should have been informed before seating us that there would be a party of 8 right after our party of 20 in less than an hour and a half. I was very upset at this point and he is a very awful money hungry server. There were 4 empty tables he could have rearranged to accommodate the next party but they were dirty. Once we had left they could have put whatever other tables came in next on our table.

A very strong Italian restaurant from the Del Pietro clan of restaurants. Unique Italial dishes above and beyond the typical pasta menu. Good appetizers, best calamari in town, great roasted cauliflower. Surpringly good thin crust pizza. Inexpensive over all and a good wait and bar staff.

There is usually some waiting time ranging from 10-20 mins on a weekday night. Once you have a table though, you’ll enjoy it. It is very elegant. The waiters are very fun and professional. The food is great too.
