Leaving a review here as the link to the customer survey on the receipt is bogus... I will no longer be a customer at this location due to there horrid customer service. To begin with we waited nearly 20 minutes at the drive through to get our food, didn't order anything strange to make it take so long and several people behind us in line came and went while we waited. Once we finally received our food I found they had given me the wrong burger (regular cheeseburger instead of bacon double thickburger) I went in to the counter to have them correct this issue. I told the lady at the counter what happened and she said "sorry about that" and went back to the kitchen. I heard her tell the line what to make ("double bacon no tomato") 5 times while they kept chatting and laughing and making other people's food, it was another 10 minutes almost before I got my burger back.

T-Mobile Tuesday had a special with Hardee's so we went in for a surprisingly good meal. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was quite tasty. We will visit again.

Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 packs of ranch! And also I had said "Sir" like 5 times looked straight at me and then just walked off. And it took them like 30 minutes to make my meal. I wouldn't recommend going here if you want good customer service.

The drive thru was extremely slow, and we didn't get all of our order. We were traveling thru from out of town, so it was a bit frustrating to open the sack and realize after we were already on the road that they didn't give us our fries or the condiments we ordered.
