I called 5 days in advance to make reservations for a specific celebration, giving the person the date, time and details of celebration. When we arrived to the restaurant, there was no reservation documented and none of the information. They were able to seat us after 15 minutes, the food was great. The waiter did make a comment of congratulations on whatever your celebrating. I was very disappointed in the evening knowing I was going to spend over $250.00. I expected better.

we had business dinner lat night , we had dinner for 4 had steak and and salmon. Service was very good, but the salmon and steak were very dry and not very good at all. the restaurant was highly recommended we will nor return. We always look for a go to place for special meetings. Food gets a 1 star and service gets a 4 star

Great, old school steak house. Superb beef, perfectly executed and seasoned. Sides are fresh and have a homemade taste. Having eaten there some 30 years ago and not in between, not much has changed and that's a good thing. Service is attentive but not overbearing. Some things in life don't change, thank goodness Kreis's hasn't.

This was our first visit of many. The food was perfect and the service was outstanding. Will definitely come back. The prime rib was amazing.

Read through some of the reviews before going here and figured the low rated ones were just happenstance. This place is supposedly known for their prime rib. I have had prime rib at more places than I care to mention. While it was definitely not the worst I have ever had it was far from the best. I ordered the king cut medium rare. It was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately that is where it ended. For starters they put absolutely NO seasoning on the outside of the rib roast when they cook it. It had absolutely no flavor, and I found myself dumping more salt than I would have liked just to somewhat enjoy it. Now the worst part. It was tough. I thought maybe it was the knife at first but then it took quite a while to chew and I found myself cutting smaller pieces just to eat it. It had sinew running through it, and seemed more like choice at best and for sure not prime. The waiter asked how the food was right as it was brought to the table and never asked again. They seriously need to look at their meat suppliers. The cheesecake and bread was good, so there is that. We were seated promptly at 8 PM (our reservation time), however we did not leave till almost 10 PM, and that was not by choice. If you have never had prime rib before you will probably feel it’s good. If you enjoy a good prime rib you should look somewhere else, especially for the asking price.
