Their food has a good taste. They need to work on getting the food out while it's hot. The sandwiches were hot but the potatoes were like warm. By the time you add all your sour cream, butter, & any of the condiments, your potato gets cold. I prefer my food hot. Their servers have a very nice personality. They work well together. .I would go there again. Next time my food might be hot.

A really nice place to get a meal that will do more than fill you up. The burgers are all 3/4 pound burgers and the fries are served under the burger in a big dogs bowl. There are only a little over a dozen tables in the place and they stay filled. The waitresses are some of the best I've seen, they are always on the move and you don't have to ask for refills because they are on it before you realize it's that low. Try it once I'm sure you will like it.

Very small restaurant (9 tables), big on taste!. Smallest burger is 3/4 pound monster. Best burger I've had in a long time. Definitely going back soon! Update: I now hear they have expanded the restaurant, and have a larger dining area. Sounds like a great reason to go back!

I do not like giving bad reviews, but our first experience at The Dog House was not good as far as the food goes. We ordered fried green beans and an order of the dog balls and both were overcooked. From experience, I would say they had the oil too hot. The green beans had no taste because of a very heavy breading and overcooking. The Dog balls, which are cheese stuffed dough balls wrapped in bacon, were black on the outside, but the dough wasn't fully cooked on the inside. Both were awful. Next, we each ordered a cheeseburger because, in my opinion, the level of a great burger tells a lot about a restaurant/diner. The burger itself was dry with very little flavor although they are huge. No skimping on the size. If they are using very lean ground beef, they may want to step that down a bit. A little more fat would prevent the tasteless, dry result. The burgers are served on huge pieces of Texas toast, which was also dry. Dry toast is normal, but the combination of that with the dry burger was a bit much. Maybe they could add more options like moist brioche buns or onion buns. The burgers were served in the dog bowl (cute idea) atop a generous amount of fries. The fries were cooked well, but no other seasoning other than salt. I removed the bread from the burger because it was too much for me, and I ate about half of it. I ate more fries than anything else. It's a cute concept for a diner, but they need a good cook. The young women who worked there were very nice and attentive. And one more small complaint...The place is too tiny to play music that loudly. Instead of being background music while you eat, it is in your face loud. Personal preference, I realize.

Dude! This place is amazing! The burgers are so huge. The wings are so good. The service is outstanding. I don't think any place I've ever been to can compete with this place. It's freaking amazing!!!!
