The restaurant was a really nice place to have a birthday dinner as far as the atmosphere. I was celebrating my birthday and the food was alright and it took them almost 1 1/2 to start bringing my guest their food . Whenever there were drink ordered it took over 15 mins to bring drinks. The restaurant did not have a lot of people there at 8pm at night. The waitresses were nice but the manager saw how frustrating we were and not once did he come ask how we were doing as customers or apologize about the inconvenience for you waiting so long for food. He just did not show any compassion or empathy over the service we had overall. We spent a nice amount of money there and I will never go back there again due to the slowness of food, the enjoy bartender and the manger not showing any concerns of our frustrations even tho he was barely five feet away the entire time . Then some of our food was cold ... my opinion needs a new manger ..

Another posh Roman-style Italian place. Solid menu and the food won't disappoint, but like the other restaurants in this cluster at the mall, they price it for those who can pay, so not the typical family joint. But for most folk, good for special occasions. PS if you are craving top notch Italian, get in the car and head to the Hill.

Over worked staff due to Mother's Day crowds. Service lacking. Food was mediocre/sparce for the price charged. Long wait, although we had reservations. No place to sit/wait, difficult for older people.

I haven't been to bravo in a while. But the food is still amazing. I loved my chicken parmesan and loved the service. We celebrated my sister's birthday and had a great time.

Typical Valentine's Day struggle. Almost ran out of the Valentine's Week special. Atmosphere was fun and engaging. Service could have been faster.
