Wish the ultimate cheese pizza would've stayed around!! But love the cheese crust and customer service is great!! They will comp you if they are out of something or IF they make a mistake in which all places should do something in this manner!! My family has ordered 3 times this week alone. Really helps when we can't make it home to just order pizza!!

The pizza itself is great but the customer service is horrible. They don't greet you when you enter, it takes them a long time to come to the register and not a single smile or friendly attitude. They need better customer service.

This location is laughable at best!!! I ordered 2 large pizzas one cheese and one pepperoni. When I got them I they were hard and the pepperonis looked as a handful was just in the middle and the was it. Also my cheese pizza parts of the pizza was upside down. I called knowing things happen and expected The manager to be apologetic and tell me we can fix that. Nope not here. The manager Jeff was not only rude and disrespectful he was not helpful by any means. He acted if it was my fault for ordering such a complicated order and I should be ashamed. No the pizza corporation should be ashamed for allowing this branch to stay open. I wish I could post pictures of the pizzas we were given. Again laughable at best!!!!!

We order two large pizzas and breadsticks. Our breadsticks were over cooked and too hard to eat. Our pizzas were also a little over cooked but still edible. When we called the woman was rude and didn’t even apologize. Just made it seem like we were an inconvenience. She was not happy about sending a driver back to our house (less than a minute away) she informed us that we needed to order them undercooked next time because she knows they were done correctly since she cut them. I would rather drive to north Kansas City to get pizza from the one on vivion road where I know the employees will be polite and make sure the food is right.
