They not only have roaches, they also never change their grease traps, which result in a slip hazard for employees, have an active gas leak in the back where the grills are to cook the food, don't get the dishes clean most of the time, because of no hot water when the pilot light goes out to the hot water heater, the employees don't use gloves when handling the food or wash their hands, some employees are nasty and never shower or groom themselves like they should, the cashiers act like they don't want to be there, have no brain, and the grill cooks, 95% of the time, the orders get messed up , sometimes not just one time in a visit, but sometimes multiple times, partly because of the cashiers not doing their jobs properly. There's also employees who stand around and do nothing but gossip and play on their phones when certain managers are there. They also let the trash pile up in the back area near the grill, and never take it out. If anyone knew what goes on/ is going on behind the scenes beyond what you see at the register, you wouldn't eat there. This place needs to be shut down to be honest.

Food was good. The restaurant was colder than outside and it was 35 degrees outside. I even requested the heat be turned on, not up, on. I'm very hot natured and had to eat with my coat and gloves on

I really appreciated the friendly, hard working folks who work here and the extra good job they did on my Southwest Grilled chicken salad. I order these all over the Midwest but somehow these good folks make them just a little better than the rest. Thank you so much!!
