This is a fun, large dining spot in the heart of downtown Kirkwood. A little bit of off street parking, always nice in this crowded area! There is an intimate private event space, a nice size bar with a few tables and a spacious dining room. We had a group of 8 gals and so had a large private booth. There was just one server assigned to us, and she could have used a little help now and then with getting us food and drinks a little quicker. Wine by the bottle pricing is some of the lowest I have ever seen- incredible! Menu is varied, well priced, and everyone seemed pleased. I had fish tacos that had two very large pieces of blackened fish. Garlicky, tender and light. Would definitely go back.

Delicious, creative food. Wonderful and attentive service. Great selection of wines. Recently enjoyed a family dinner for four at the stylish Sunset 44. Our family loves dinner there as well as other events like wine tastings and tapas at the bar. Local, family-owned; highly recommend!

This is my fav restaurant in St. Louis. The scallops were delicious; the lavish and beer cheese never disappoint. My favorites are the goat cheese and greens salad, and the creamy desserts! Thanks again Bob and crew for another fantastic meal!!

Can't rave enough about our waitress, Vicki. She was incredible. Right away we were served the homemade wafer like bread which was delicious. The entree ws great. Dessert....brownie pie, a must try. Everything apart from the Tahitian vanilla ice cream is made in their kitchen. Thank you Bob, Vickie and the rest of Sunset 44.
