The tea is always great here. But I am never impressed by their food. The plate almost seems bare when they bring out the food because the portion sizes of the sandwiches they serve seem so small. Maybe it is just what I order. The Spud max is always good, nice change up from normal fast food.

Absolutely delicious food. Me and my wife were tired of the same old same old and decided to give them a shot. It was well worth it! The flavors that hit your tongue are amazing!! The plating is spectacular, service was great. And you gotta try their sweet tea!! It's a nice strong tea with just the right amount of sugar. It doesn't look like a snow globe of undissolved sugar like other restaurants. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

It's sad this used to be a great place but is going downhill because of the help, came in tonight and once again every table is dirty and only two other people here eating. Cheese dip is cold, only broken chips, potato comes out..no butter no sour cream. For $34 for family of 3 there are other options. We eat here often and there is only one manager who seems to care (Matt) who goes out of his way to make sure everything is good.

We had dinner there 6ish on Sunday May 27th. The tables were mostly unclean, all seating was for 4 people; we had 5. The first table we considered was leaning badly and quite sticky. Our food took 20 to 30 minutes to arrive, and was more cold than not. Plus when it was delivered, the server sloshed a good amount of the soup over the plate and into the salad dressing. No apologies.... not sure she even noticed. Not up to McAlister's standards by any stretch of the imagination. Very disappointed. I rarely complain, but did report through McAlister's website and taking the time to write this review.

Best place to eat ever! The manager is fantastic. The employees are polite and friendly. Very clean and neat. Food was really good.
