Terrible customer service from the old lady with glasses. Rude for no reason, cut me off when asking me what I wanted, and more interested in discussing her schedule with a co-worker than serving me.

These ladies (using the term very loosely) are great at their job, if their job was to make you feel like hood rats don’t want you in their house. No wonder this place is always empty

Being in the location that it is, I should have expected some no pride having, rude, hood rat staff. The first staff member didn’t quite want to actually listen when asking what I wanted. The second felt the need to say “uh ain’t got no time fo nobody today” as she attempted to finish customer’s sandwiches. As she asked what I wanted, she too couldn’t seem to listen. When saying spinach her hand went for the lettuce. Correction had to be made there so of course she became hostile. Someone like this has absolutely no business being employed at an establishment based on customer relations and service. She obviously needs to be fired immediately. As for the third employee encounter, I was greeted with, “WHAT IS THIS” in some type of ignorant tone as if it’s my responsibility to keep track of it. Every other Subway I have been to has employees that seem to understand the concept of communication among one another. But then again, this was fully expected by the time I got to the end of the counter as not a single person ‘working’ here has any desire to do anything other than not work. Any sense of pride in oneself and their job is probably beyond their comprehension. I wouldn’t be surprised if they think they deserve $15/hr. This place is an absolute joke. Just like the woman who cut my sandwich THROUGH the paper that’s been sliding along the counter, going into the oven, etc. I will never even so much as think about coming to this place again. WHAT A JOKE.
