When it's slow all is good, but a little bit of a rush and the staff falls apart. No one back there is breaking a sweat. I can't differentiate who is supposed to be the leader conducting this slow staff. Good food, but I see at least 6 people behind that counter and can't understand why they can't pump out volume. I wait in line forever because the cashier leaves to help fill orders and someone has to remind them that there are instore customers waiting. Then I order... Slowly... While they seem unsure of the point of sales layout. Then comes the big wait. Then the full staff confusion. They call my name. That's not what I ordered. They look at me and back at their screen. They do some detective work scrolling through a mess of unfilled orders. I repeat my order a couple times while they hunt. They smash a lid on an over filled frosty that begins to drip down the side of the cup. I ask for a new one because that is not going in my car. Meanwhile another customer is demanding a refund... And so on. Also they have new Freestyle CocaCola machines for which they have 3 options.

The architecture creates a beautiful environment, but the staff are efficient, rather than friendly. They seem pressured to the point where spending a few seconds to greet people or say goodbye is an impermissable waste of time that could be spent doing something more productive. That said, they do move quickly. It's a pity one cannot have both.

Stopped by for frosties for the kids. Waited 15 minutes to get to the order window. First they asked us to wait a few moments we replied yes. Waited 3 minutes. Cashier comes back and ask “is your order going to be a lot shorter”. Seeing as the line hadn’t moved a single car in 5-6 minutes we decided to drive to go somewhere else. I’ve been to this location before and they are always slow. How long does it take to put ice cream in cups anyway?

I really hate to be one of the people to talk negatively of a place, and it takes alot for me to actually take the time to get online and post a review for anything at all. So with that being said I'll start with saying this place operates at whatever hours they please regardless of what hours they advertise to be open. I work nights and live 30 seconds down the street so I came to this location a lot and at different times of the day. At night I could sit at the speaker for 8 minutes or more multiple times with no response, so much so that I got used to pulling up to the window just to order. Then they want to turn the lights off or the light for the menu and wait as long as possible so they can avoid taking your order. Same in the morning, they'll just pretend to be closed for as long as possible so they don't have to work. I have always loved Wendy's so I tried to let it all go for some time but have come to the point, that even living so close and loving the food, I choose to drive 5-10 minutes out of my way, driving directly past Wendy's, to go to any other fast food establishment who can at least serve me with some sense of mediocrity, let alone decent customer service. This location is a disgrace to the entire company and should be shut down or completely done over. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read into my complaint. God knows no one from Wendy's will take the time to.

The employees and managers on the night shift need to be retrained on how to handle high stressed situations. An employee was arguing with a drive thru client. The manager should have pulled her from the window and had someone else work it. Instead some other employees hyped her up. They didn't give the drive thru client all her food. The upset employee even threatened to spit in her food which the manager and front counter clients heard. The upset drive thru client came in the front and was arguing about not receiving all of her food and the upset employee were going back in forth. A guy employee tried to calm down things but it was already escalated. We left quickly after getting our quick order and cars were piled up in the drive through. The next morning the day manager said the store was robbed about an hour after the encounter. Coincidence? I know clients can make you upset, but ask a manger to step in. Don't risk lives etc arguing back and forth.
