I love Gailey's. Their bacon is the best. Their coffee is so good. And the waiters/waitresses always do a great job at keeping our coffee filled up and hot. The staff is always so friendly. And they always go above and beyond to make sure our young kids have everything they need. Sometimes it takes a bit to get our food, but that is not every time. It's always worth the wait if we do have to wait.

This place is the real deal. Great breakfast and coffee. If you get a chance I highly recommend sitting at the barstools that overlook the kitchen. You might come away smelling like grease, but it is worth it to see the action. The food itself is delicious. This place knows their way around potatoes. The fried breakfast potatoes that came with my skillet were perfectly cooked and seasoned. They've got a constant layer of hash browns on the griddle getting crispy. And folks, heed my words, you need to get the sweet browns. Sweet potato hash browns topped with a sprinkle of brown sugar. So good. I wish I could eat here more often.

Excellent service delicious food! Love the atmosphere & how they let local artists display & sell their work on the walls! They were very helpful getting me in their back door as I’m in a wheelchair. Definitely will return, & my Granddaughter has artwork displayed & for sale. ✌️❤️🇺🇸

This is by far the worse place I have ever been. We waited over an hour and a half for food. By the time we got the items we order it was cold, hard, uncooked and unable to eat. The waitress gave us the choice to have it remade or microwaved. We tried having it microwave, cause we were so hungry, but it just made or food worse. The food tasted just like.....mirowaved food. I didn't go to a restaurant to have microwaved food. Which to me is very unappreciated and unacceptable in giving great customer service. We told the waitress we were not able to eat the food and was just going to go somewhere else. I asked the waitress what I owed for anything. The waitress said I didn't eat and wasn't satisfied so nothing. We got up and left, then some man after we exited the building came out yelling at us like we run out on our ticket. Which was completely uncalled for, cause I ASKED the waitress what I owed and she stated nothing. We shouldn't have had to pay for anything we didn't eat, and we're completely unsatisfied. We will never return. Horrible, absolutely horrible. I'll be turning them in to the to the Better Business Bureau. I enjoy how the owner response back to me and the only thing they can do is turn everything on me, basically calling me and my family liars, saying No, you didn't wait that long, your food only took 40 minutes. Okay, but it wasn't giving to us in that 40 minutes. I can tell time, we waited an hour and a half for food, if it was ready why wasn't it giving to us? Their best way of taking care of the issue is to wanna give me 50% off of a bill of food we didn't and couldn't eat! I asked the waitress twice where our food was? There were people who got there after us who got their food first. Then when we finally did receive it, it was cold, hard and some items were not cook right. Which I told the waitress, she did offer to have it remade, but good lord we had already waited so long, so it being microwaved seemed like a better option then waiting for however long again. The owner stating "well you had it microwaved so yeah, it's gonna taste that way." Okay true, but that's cause we waited so long, and didn't want to eat cold food. The food should have never been cold to begin with, so we wouldn't have had to have it microwaved. Who would eat food that suppose to be hot, cold and then think people should pay for it? They are saying I dined and dashed. I have witnesses that proves for a fact that I asked the waitress, what I owned and she stated "Nothing, due to we didn't eat anything and I wasn't satisfied. I'm the one who confronted the waitress on the issue, I'm the one who walked up to her and she never once said anything about a bill, or what I owe nor handed me a bill. She is the who who told me I owed nothing, if that wasn't the case then why did she tell us that, why didn't she hand me a bill? We left, cause she told us we owed nothing. Then best past not only does the owner blame everything on us, they call us names. "Adults acting like children". Yeah, okay we are the ones acting like children, tho they are the ones doing the name calling, and not even providing good customer service. I work in the customer service industry, I have a job where I serve hot food to customers, and if they ever tell me that food is not to their likely, that something is wrong with anything, First and for most I NEVER NEVER NEVER not once blame the customer for anything, I correct the issues, I don't ever make them pay for my nor the companies mistakes. That's great customer service. That lets customers know we are serious about our customer service, and I have had many times where I'm the one who has made the mistake and I paid for the customers bill. Whatever! I turned everything in to the BBB, I have a case number and as for that "bill" they say I owe, they can get the money from the waitress who told me I owed nothing, because I'm not paying for food, We didn't eat.
