We were staying at the hotel next door and got back late after a day in the lake. They were one of very few eating establishments still open past 9PM and with convenience of being next door we choose them and am I ever glad we did! I absolutely loved the “shabby chic” type motif, so the atmosphere setting for me was playful, fun and cheerful. The menu was very impressive with its variety as well as healthy options. We were even more impressed learning they did not have freezers so everything is served fresh and “home made”. Our server, while sweet, was extremely absentminded and repeatedly messed our order up including bringing the wrong food.....however the food taste, quality and presentation made up for her mistakes. The server did give us a small discount for the errors as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a hidden jewel and a stand out for such a small town. Well worth jumping off the interstate or even going a few miles out of your way. I’m jealous I don’t live there to enjoy it all the time.

Very friendly people/employee's, food was so good I would eat there daily if I could afford it! and of course if I lived closer... There are no words for me to describe the food I had for dinner, the fresh bread, the stake was so flavorful and tender, the vegetables (asparagus) was cooked perfectly and was tender and fresh! Home made mashed potatoes, it was truly a delight after almost 1500 mile travel across country moving, and still another 900 to go! One of the best places I have ever eaten!! by far!

I would eat anywhere else, this place was greasy, my chicken fried steak taste like it was cooked in dirty oil. My wife's ribs, she didn't even eat 1 rib cause it smelled of dirty kitchen. Service was slow, didn't even bring us bread until we asked. The air vent above us was covered in dust, and no vent cover, cost was expensive, only thing good was the cocktails, we went be back

We were driving cross country just stopping for the night, and found this super cool restaurant! Great food, service, and such hip decor... It's worth a stop for sure, on of the best stops of our trip!

What a cool find in Ogallala! Great, personable service, great craft cocktails and great food! Homemade bread with cinnamon butter was a great bonus!
