A classic Chinese restaurant. It has a full bar and is a warm comfortable place to eat in. The food has never failed us by being bad tasting or unhealthy in any way in the seven years we have been going there. I love the staff. These people are friendly and I seldom have to wait for my drink to be refilled or any table needs to be met (You know: extra napkins, a new fork, an additional entree or appetizer). Carryout has been quickly tended to and the one time I did have a short wait, there was a couple seats at the counter for me to sit at. The people there always made my guests and I feel like we were welcome and that they really wanted and were glad to have our business.

Great food, we walked in and they got our take out order ready really fast. I even had a cocktail while we waited and they were family friendly. Highly recommend. They are Best of Omaha for a reason.

This Sunday my family went to China Palace on Saddle Creek for lunch and were treated horribly. Understandably, there was a misunderstanding because of the language barrier, but what happened after was unacceptable. The waiter/manager placed the wrong order and when my mother tried to explain the misunderstanding, he began to mock and ridicule my parents. He told them they didn’t know English and should learn. My family has been to this restaurant several times and have order the same meal. We have never had any issues with any of the wait staff, until the manager was the one attending the table. In addition, another family accompanied my parents. The man’s aggressive tone and gestures frightened one of the little girls so much that she almost began to cry and begged her parents to leave. My father tried to reason with the manager to lower his tone, but the manager continued to showcase my parents to the restaurant. Finally, my dad asked for the check, paid for the food, and left. No one should be treated with this kind of disrespect. I wanted to share my parents’ story because we need to be aware that hate and discrimination still exist EVERYWHERE. We cannot be intolerant or passive. You don’t need to act with violence, but remember to stand with those who are being mistreated. Not one person said anything to the manager. We want to stop this mistreatment and it’s easier to stand together than divided. Let’s remember to love one another and treat each other with compassion, kindness, and respect

We have been to China Palace many times and have only had prompt, polite, and thorough service. The atmosphere is casual and everything seems clean and well kept. China Palace has the most authentic Beef Noodles in Omaha, but they are not on the menu. My wife and I lived in North China for many years; when we miss it, we go to China Palace. Keep up the good work!

Horrible I just ordered food and my meal was wrong ! I ordered Crab Rangoon’s and they were empty no crab meat no cream cheese no nothing! I called and told them and I mean I love this place I eat here all the time but they called me a liar and I wish I could post a photo and show because I wouldn’t lie I know how a bad review can hurt a business but I’m only giving one because how they treated me when they called they could have simply made it right by giving me new ones with what’s supposed to be in them but instead they called me a liar and hung up in my face! That’s not how you conduct business!
