Even though we went on a Friday night during Lent, the wait here was reasonable (about 10 minutes), our order came quickly, and it was very flavorful and perfect temperature. And the people size was large enough that we have plenty of leftovers for tomorrow. Our waitress, Lacya T., was great beyond our expectations. She was friendly, took our orders with a smile even though they were very busy, and was there to satisfy our drink refill needs. GREAT staff!

This is the first red lobster I'd ever been to, my boyfriend was really excited to take me because it's one of his favorite chain restaurants. He was immediately disappointed that we were not brought biscuits for a while (took at least ten minutes) and when they did come they were cold and my soda was flat. When I asked for a different soda our waitress got one from a different fountain but when I got a refill, it was flat again. The endless shrimp was really delicious and honestly the best quality of the night. Service was slow and disappointing, but the food was pretty good.

I went to eat at Red Lobster in the middle of the afternoon because I wanted to miss the lunch and dinner crowd. I was seated, ordered, and served promptly. I had the lobster bake and holy hell it was good! I had my doubts that I would get around all of it but I made it. The staff was polite and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The food was delicious. I don't usually splurge that much on a meal. But it was worth it. I had a good experience and will be back but not too soon. Red Lobster is on the high end of moderately priced restaurants in the Omaha area.

Lobster Mac and Cheese was amazing. Biscuits were served fresh out of the oven. King crab legs were not the best but the big ones are sweet and juicy. Wonderful staff and five star experience through and through!
