A bit unorganized at first. But once they got our table. We had a wonderful server he was friendly attentive and had a "personality". Food was excellent. My steak was actually cooked the way I asked for it. We were all very pleased. We had a table of 8 people.

This Chili’s has seen some ups and downs since it started. Service is at times amazing and other times not so great. Depends on who you get as a waiter/waitress. The meals are typically fairly priced and there is a lot of good options. Seems to have undergone some recent renovations which I enjoy. Doesn’t feel as cramped in the restaurant as it used to. I like the fajita meal and some of the lighter choices such as the Margarita Grilled Chicken. Appetizers are pretty solid and chips/salsa are very good! The drink options are great too. This location does have a bar and multiple TV’s which typically have sports on. Seats are comfy and restaurant is well maintained. Location is perfect right off Highway 26. Parking is plentiful. *UPDATE* 12/09/17 Last visit was very unpleasant. Food was bland. Ribs I received were so chewy I had to spit it out. Drinks weren’t made well either sadly. Place seems to be going downhill lately.

Beyond terrible service! This was my second attempt at eating here and both times the service was absolute garbage! The first time was a carry out order and my food was a 1/2 hour late from the time I was told to pick it up and they got the order wrong (I placed my order online and they still couldn't get it right). This second time I walked in and wasnt greeted in a friendly manner. I finally got a booth and sat there for 10 minutes with out even being asked what I'd like to drink. This is was unacceptable so I got up and walked out! Both times they were far from busy! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Have dined at other ones before this one the entrances are a bit confusing. Quick and friendly service. We had a very good waitress. Ordered my usual martini and they didn't need me to explain how to make it which as a change for this area. Food was fast and good. Only thing was I got my bill and was waiting for her to come back so we could pay, a little over 5 min and then she showed my the tablet where you can pay to play games was how we paid. That was new. In all I would recommend.

Waited a half hour to have order taken than waited an hour just to get cold food and a dry steak. The lady next to us was even their to get a free meal from the GM for the last time she was their for bad service she also waited an hour for her food and they made her pay for part of it this was the worst place for staffing issues the GM need better training.
