I'm rating it as a Basque Restaurant that I have been coming to for 50 years. I'm almost hesitant to rate it as it's a place for the locals, not tourist passing through. I timed it so I could bring friends on a ski trip for lunch and, as always, it was very busy with locals enjoying fine hearty meals. The lamb stew and lamb chops were perfect as always, great fires and salads. Everyone was impressed and thought that the lamb was on par with the best that they had had anywhere in the world. Service and the bar and wine offering were excellent and you not going away hungry or broke, that's for certain.

This is a historic building and gathering place for mainly locals. The bar is a fantastic place to sit and have a drink. Hard to find a seat, though, because lots of friendly folks already there. When visiting the washroom, make sure to look at all the photos of hunters and the huge mule deer they shot in the Nevada hills in bygone days. Dinner highlight is the cabbage soup, which comes out first, very hearty and nourishing. Entrees are terrific too. You get a huge meal, so come prepared with a good appetite!

Wait is very long. The food coming out is great. Had some chicken that seemed soggy from the juices it was sitting in. Three off the flavor.

This place was amazing and the Basque food is the best, it was a while since I have had the food and I was not disappointed, and definitely didn't leave hungry either. Will stop again next time I go through.
