Entertaining burger joint like nothing we'd experienced before! A rowdy good time with large portions and never a dull moment. Cash only establishment that provides a mandatory hospital gown for patrons. Nurse waitstaff were efficient, fun, and did not hold back when paddling the bottoms of those who didn't finish their burgers. A great place for laughs and a hearty bite to eat!

This place is absolutely awesome! The prices are cheap and they give you an absurd amount of food! Serve your booze in a drip bag like you're at the hospital getting an IV! Finish your burger or you will get spanked! This place is fun to not just to go eat but it's fun there they make it very entertaining I highly recommend you visit if you're in downtown Las Vegas! 2.Burgers are amazing!! I'm 6ft6in and 315 and the single with a shake & side of onion rings for my girl and I to split did me proper.. they give u tons of food for an amazing price.. spanking optional!!!!

You come for the laughs and good times...and that's about it. Hilarious marketing / experience with respect to having to put on a gown and all of the servers looked like nurses...it was fun. The staff really bought into it as well, so it was definitely a good time. Truthfully, the food was almost no different than ordering at any other fast food restaurant, minus the high price tag. Come with a large group of friends for some good laughs, but I'd probably never come back as it's a one and done type deal for me.

You go for the experience. From karaoke to spankings if you don't finish your food, this place is an amusement park for the senses. Cute nurses aren't shy as they prescribe your medicine. Food is good but never forewarned, it slows you down. Food cooked in lard and you feel it. It was delicious but for a single burger and onions I got full quick and had a hard time putting it down. It was delicious but I didn't eat again till the next day. Cash only which may be a problem for some and only bottled beverages so no refills. As a local I'll probably take out of town guests there but don't see it as an every weekend spot. If you weigh over 350, your meal is free. I saw two guys conquer the weight.

Amazing experience. The food is great it is heavy so be prepared. They make you wear a medical gown and tell you if you don't finish you get spanked. The atmosphere is great. The downside is they give you bottled drinks so no free refills. The upside you get great food in a one of a kind burger joint. Will be back and recommend this be on your must visit list.
