We were seated immediately, the best freshest salad I have had in a long time. My guy ordered their fried chicken and he said it was the best chicken he has eaten. I had the ribs, they were juicy succulent and plentiful. The baked beans tasted like they poured out of a bush' baked beans can, but flavorful and the corn was a little hard. Overall, the food was good. After the amazing salad, I didn't have room for much of my food. I would certainly come back.

Got sat & that was it. No one every came to take our drink order or food order. They were NOT busy. Everyone who got sat after us seemed to be getting taken care of. We are in Vegas, we don't have time to sit there & be completely ignored. Decor was chessy. Couldn't even comment on how the food looked as no one had food in the whole joint. Won't waste our time in this place ever again. Doesn't matter how the food tastes of they won't take your order....

Prime Rib Special, Alcoholic Bevs, 24/7 ===== I’ve eaten here about 20 times using my comps and each experience was different from the others. The Eastern European women are wonderful. Warm and caring with a sweetness rarely seen in today’s world. The other floor staff are just your typical hotel union workers. The Prime Rib special for $10.95 is decent, better on some days than others. Sandwiches are of a good portion. I order the hamburger without the sheet pan (Ugh!). House salad is perfectly sized and full of mixed greens. Wine and cocktails are available. My biggest complaint is the design and flow of the room. I would take out some of the tables on the west side of the room and put in a counter with a wine bar and espresso station. Also, the lighting is too dim. It makes everyone look old and sad. This room definitely needs help from someone in the food service industry.

Gina our server was wonderful. The $10.99 Prime Rib special was AWESOME! My Mom won $93 on a $2.50 bet (by accident) on the Elvis slot by the tower elevators! It was her first spin, she thought she bet .75, every time she's ever won large money it's been on a mistaken MAX bet, LOL!

Great staff and loved the food. Stayed at El Cortez four nights and ate here multiple times per day. Don't miss the 10.95 prime rib special. Other favorites included burgers, fish and chips, and breakfast all day. Staff always served with a smile and were attentive to drink refills. note: there is an extra charge to carry out to room, which was a bit annoying
