Best Chinese/Japanese food around and if you're looking for quality sushi, this is the place hands down.

Food is ok but this place is filthy!!!! Food stains on the table cloth, dirty walls, food on the floor, dirty seats... And smelled like stale Chinese food. Gross.

First time dining here since we moved 4 years ago. Went on the recommendation of a friend and so glad we did! We are a family of 3 but went HUNGRY and ordered a bunch of apps and house lo mein and chow mein. Service was quick, pleasant and curtious. The food came so fast I was shocked . Everything was fresh , hot and perfectly cooked. The carpets had a few crumbs but it was 7 pm. So that is fine. The group behind us was somewhat loud, but not too bothersome. We will be back!

You suck! You good is bad and you have horrible costumer service

I never ever take the time out of my day to write things like this but everything about this place is so awful that I feel obligated to write this. I am a patient person I've worked with the public for a while so I know how people are... I ordered for delivery on a Friday. I ended up getting the manager taking my order. I asked for a side of wasabi and the manager argued with me for a solid three minutes about how I don't need wasabi and that it doesn't go with anything I ordered. Later in the call he hung up on me mid sentence without getting my name, address, or my card number. An hour later their delivery driver called for the address and took another forty or so minutes to get the food to us. (seven minuets down the road.) When she got here she had to write down my card number and cvc number because she didn't have a card thing on her. My total was $56.30 for my food, tax, and delivery fee! That is all I signed for. It is very rare that I do not tip but the service was so bad so far that I didn't even bother. Sooo here is the best part!! When I checked my bank statement I was charged $68.30. They were generous enough to write in their own tip! When I went to the restaurant to ask for the $12 back (mind you I did this in the nicest way possible) the manager got all defensive saying that I needed my bank statement and ripped the receipt out of my hands. This lovely kindhearted manager continued yelling at me, getting in my face, accusing me of lying, he had another woman with him to repeat the same exact thing he was saying, saying that he couldn't give me my money back and that I signed for that tip. He then blamed the delivery driver for writing in her own tip and called her SEVERAL times on her day off (she never picked up). He told me to come in on friday (I went in on monday) when she works again and today to talk to her myself and ask why she wrote in her own tip and make HER (the delivery driver) refund my money instead of the manager refunding my fraudulent charge. I mean $12 is $12 but they took money without my authorization. I was in there for a good twenty minutes trying to get my $12 back and I knew it wasn't going anywhere and the kindhearted manager yelling in my face wasn't going to give me my fraudulent charge back. Now a police complaint is filed and the BBB has been contacted :) Thank you Taipei Osaka!
