Kind, professional service. It’s bustling in the evening. In the mornings, Republic lives up to the “café” part of its name and serves up good coffee from quality beans. Artwork on the wall is gallery–quality. Music is kept low enough to allow for human companionship, or a book, to be enjoyed. My only disappointment was that the wine and beer lists focus more on brands from larger, sometimes multinational, corporations.

Wonderful experience. Their food is creative and delicious. The service is thoughtful and friendly. They are farm to table and everything is fresh. Parkin can be a walk, but that is anything on Elm St. Great experience, but not a bargain dinner.

If I could eat here every night I would. The food is amazing, fresh and always interesting - I highly recommend the beet dip. The staff is also very friendly, and always willing to help or explain something. I would recommend calling at for 6+ people as it is tight quarters.

Fresh ingredients and fun mixed drinks. The one bad part was the manager (I think) named Peter. He was scolding staff within earshot and it made for an uncomfortable meal.

Food is great and so is the service. Love come here for the unique flavors and drinks. Now that the patio is open again it's even better!
