Always a great place for comfort food. Me and my wife brought our granddaughter there for her birthday and she was so happy.. The staff there went out of there way to sing happy birthday to her.. Thank u management..,

I've never written a review about a restaurant but this place deserves it. I placed an order for pick up and when I arrived I stood there for a good 5 minutes while being ignored by passing staff. Finally after being greated I was told they didn't have one of my items. Not that they ran out of it, but that they actually don't have the item in store yet. I never got a phone call. They waited till I arrived to tell me. Then I had to wait for a manager to come void it which took forever because as the staff said he was "dealing with something". I don't have an issue waiting for my food but when it's sitting in a bag waiting for me and the staff appears to care very little about it I'm not happy. The food is exactly what you would expect from the price, cheap. I got soggy wings, and my burger had nothing with it. I asked for no tomato, they apparently heard no tomato, no mayo, no bacon and no frills. I would absolutely recommend my friends ,family and coworkers to stay clear of this place.

They had a fire in the kitchen before my arrival, which caused my waiter to be quite rude. Then, upon ordering my meal, I asked to swap the desert for extra potato, at which point he again was rude and told me they don't do that. I explained that I frequent a few different 99 Restaurants and they all do that. When I ordered my root beer, he again was rude and made it sound like the broken soda machine was my fault. When my meal finally arrived, there was no extra potato, my 'bottled' root beer was empty. I asked him for another, which took at least 15 minutes to get! A waitress actually brought my food and I told her I was supposed to get extra potato and she said I'll be back. After 10 minutes, they finally arrived. There is more, but I won't go on. At best the service was terrible. Never again. Plus he was supposed to offer something or other, or you get a free entree meal. He didn't mention that, and I didn't either, just to save an argument.
