The Cracked Egg Cafe is a local restaurant located in Galloway NJ. They are open from 6 am to 2 PM and several only Breakfast and Lunch. We tried a Waffle and French Toast. Both were freshly made. Portions are generous. Wait staff is friendly. Worth a visit.

BEST BREAKFAST SPOT HANDS DOWN ! The hubby and I both agree.A very cozy place with a family kitchen table vibe. Our host Mel was very welcoming and pleasant ...and chef Nick has amazing culinary skills. Large portions, not at all budget breaking. Surprised we havent this place before today

I ordered a pretty standard breakfast, but it was anything but basic. My egg over medium was perfectly seasoned and cooked. I got the hash browns with Pepper's and onions at the suggestion of my server and I'm so glad I did. They had excellent flavor and that perfect crisp that can really make or break a breakfast potato. My scrapple was also expertly prepared with that hard cooked crunch on the outside and warm mushy center. Today was my first time stopping in and we will definitely be back!

Great Americana breakfast with healthy (I.e. large in this case) helpings and plenty of coffee. Couple this with the friendly service I received and you can bet I'm coming back.

We were in town for a work-related conference and were lucky enough to stumble onto The Cracked Egg, which immediately became our go-to breakfast spot for the week. The breakfast here was just awesome. Don't let the outside appearance fool you (the old motel in the same parking lot made us a bit skeptical, at first). The inside is clean, has a great small diner feel, and the staff was beyond friendly. Service was great and the food was even better.
