The building is spectacular. The food is at average to slightly better than average. The service is not what it should be. It took 15 to 20 minutes for the waitress to come check on us after serving our food, which only was a problem because they took all of our utensils from appetizers, and we had nothing to eat with. Food got cold. Could have been avoided with just a quick stop over and asking if we needed anything.

Terrible!!!! We celebrated Easter at Nauvoo Grill Club. Table for 5. Waiter was busy counting his tips. Food was average: sat under lamps too long. I was charged twice: once on my credit card, when we actually left cash, and I asked the waiter to charge my card 20.00 for a portion of the tip. Called the manager who NEVER called me back. Had to keep calling. Spoke to her once and she could not really answer my question. Charge of 192.00 took 5 days to vanish from my account which made me late on payments because the CC put a hold on the amount of 192.00. I will never go back to Nauvoo and I will never recommend Nauvoo to anyone. Time to get better waiters and a better manager. One star is too much!!!!!!

Really nice place! Definitely has that lodge feel. Service is great and they are very accommodating. Their fillet mignon is excellent! Valet parking is a plus in the cold weather.

Service with a sneer. Server was snarky. y. Food was excellent though. I just wish one if their staff could have mustered a smile of welcome.
